Position: Salary + Bonus, Full-Time (40-55 hours per week)

About the Role: 
As a B2B Sales Consultant / Fire & Life Safety Consultant for Kitchen Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals and properties by providing expert advice and consultation on fire and life safety matters. This position also involves outside business-to-business (B2B) sales activities and account management to expand our client base and promote our comprehensive fire and life safety solutions. Enjoy a competitive advantage with minimal direct sales competition, as our services are mandated by law.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Conservative and analytical, with respect for traditional organizational values. 
  • Reserved and thoughtful; focused on getting things exactly right for clients. 
  • Thorough in understanding technical details before communicating with clients. 
  • Structured and methodical, ensuring work meets high-quality standards. 
Requirements: 
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fire and life safety or restaurant industry. 
  • Technical knowledge of fire safety systems and equipment. 
  • Effective time management skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly to clients and prospects.  
  • Flexibility and adaptability in various work environments. 
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team effectively. 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Relevant certifications in B2B solution-based selling and/or fire and life safety. 
  • Experience in commercial kitchens, facility services, or related fields. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science, Safety Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 
Physical Requirements: 
  • Ability to work comfortably at heights and on rooftops. 
  • Physically fit, capable of lifting more than 40 pounds and using A-frame ladders.
