About the Role:
Join Kitchen Guard of DMV as a B2B Sales Representative and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch kitchen safety solutions. In this exciting role, you will engage with businesses to promote our innovative services, helping them maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the food service industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and cold calling.
- Present and demonstrate Kitchen Guard services to prospective clients effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to communicate progress and challenges to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the kitchen or food service industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Ability to work comfortably at heights and on rooftops.
- Physically fit, capable of lifting 40+ pounds and using A-frame ladders.
