Job Summary

As a Night Shift Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of commercial kitchens. Your responsibilities will include:

Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
Efficiently setting up and breaking down job sites and equipment.
Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
Maintaining and managing equipment, and promptly reporting discrepancies.

Physical Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should:

Be physically able to climb ladders for rooftop access to commercial establishments.
Have the ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs. for at least 100 feet.
Be capable of standing for up to 10 hours at a time.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and work efficiently under time constraints.
