As an Outside Sales Representative for Kitchen Guard, you will play a critical role in driving the business forward through sales and revenue generation. This position is responsible for outside sales activities to expand our client base and promote our comprehensive fire and life safety solutions. This is hands on role, conducting on site fire and life safety inspections and consultative sales to restaurants and facilities in our community.

Kitchen Guard Services started in 2009 as a cold water, kitchen, and bar cleaning service. Kitchen Guard Services is one of the largest kitchen exhaust and deep cleaning providers in the country.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the greater Jacksonville metro.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop proposals outlining recommended safety solutions, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Set and meet sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess the client’s needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales - a big plus if in the fire and life safety industry or restaurant industry.
- Effective time management skills to balance multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail in conducting inspections (get dirty), preparing reports, and recommending solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks and build partnerships within the industry.
- Strong commitment to find a way to win, overcome obstacles, and grow the business
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial facility services or related fields preferred
- Relevant certifications in fire and life safety or B2B sales.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work comfortably at heights and on rooftops.
- Physically fit, capable of lifting 40+ pounds and using A-frame ladders.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
